As a practitioner, I aim to provide the kind of space I once needed:
one that is confidential, safe, and accepting of all parts of you —
not just the ones you present to others, but also the parts
you hide, maybe even from yourself.
I will hold space for everything you bring: the tears, the silence,
the shame, the anger, the feeling of being “too much” or
“not enough.” There are no timelines,
expectations, or judgments here.
Therapy is your space, at your pace.
